Take 6 is returning to the PACE Center! Their unique flavor of gospel is equal parts powerful and smooth. Take 6 share their crystal clear harmonies, innovative arrangements and incredible grooves, demonstrating why this sextet is recognized as the pre-eminent A cappella group in the world. Joining them is Nnenna Freelon, a world-renowned jazz vocalist who dominates the stage.

About Nnenna Freelon

An accomplished singer, composer, producer, and arranger (as well as budding actress), Freelon has dedicated herself to educating young people. She toured the United States for four years as the National Spokesperson for Partners In Education. She toured in a ground-breaking State Department sojourn of Vietnam with occasional collaborator Herbie Hancock. Her master classes and workshops, from “Sound Sculpture” to the innovative “Babysong,” teach adults and children alike the wonders of music and song, a truly enlightening and enriching experience.
